Enlarged/swollen limbs on Crested

I have a 8 month old crested that has been off eating for about 6-8 weeks (eats very little and infrequently). It is very unusual for her as she always had a PSYCHOTICALLY aggressive feeding resonse and would eat anything in sight. She started to act this way after I came back from a 2 week holiday during which time my sister had been feeding and misting them for me. Well, now I've just noticed that one of her back legs is enlarged to about 3 times it's normal diameter and one of her front legs also looks a bit swollen. I tried touching it and it is quite solid, like hard muscle. Has anyone else had this happen?

Thanks...
