How big is the boa? Try placing traps (you can make them out of big plastic bottles if the boa is small enough) with a rodent inside, along the wall. Snakes often travel along the walls. I would recommend putting your cats away when you are not around, cats can AND will mess up, possibly kill, a snake. When I was away several years ago at a funeral for 3 days, my cat had busted the screen open on a rosy tank. 3 weeks later I found the snake, all chewed up Made a full recovery, just a few little scars to remember the incident. Cats are not smart when it comes to snakes either. They have no problems taking on a snake that can eat them. To a cat a snake is just one big moving piece of string Apart from tearing your house apart and baiting traps, you need a lot of luck on your side. You can try putting flour on the floors at night, you will be able to see slither trails if your snake has gone through it, so you know she's at least there. Good luck, and don't give up! Some people have found snakes they had lost 8 months prior!!!
