Question Inbreeding?

I have a question that just came to me looking at Henry Piorun's site.

When breeding snakes. Say you only have one Male and one Female. You breed them and produce a clutch. Obviously all these snakes are related and hence inbreeding would occur if you bred these clutch mates.

Now, is it still considered inbreeding if you produce two clutches from these parents and take a female from clutch one and a male from clutch two and end up breeding those?

I would this so because they still have the same parents, but I wasn't sure.
