Deli cup hole punch??

Not sure if this question should be here or in housing - but figured people with hatchlings might see it here - I am wondering if there is a brand of hole punch that anyone can recommend to punch small holes in deli cups for hatchlings.

My regular hole punch makes a hole that is bigger than I like and I have seen containers at shows with smaller holes. I have been using a drill, but it is tedious - would need a punch that is longer than usual and capable of going over the lip of the cup as well.

If anyone knows a brand name or where this could be purchased, would appreciate the help. Thanks,
