Girl being picked on??

I have a VERY large female gecko that keeps getting picked on by another smaller female gecko. I've tried everything even putting the larger one in about a week before the other. I just don't know what to do. I don't have another tank to put the mean one in right now. Does anoyone know what else I can try?? When I go to bed she starts chasing her and I tell her to stop it and she does but after I go to sleep she starts up agian (well I'm assuming by the looks of her tail). I'm starting to worry because the bigger's tail is atarting to get pretty chewed up. Right now I have her soaking because it does not shed right with all the bites. I'm even considering selling the other one, because I just don't have room to split them up. Can someone please give me some ideas.
