Corn enclosure

i am planning on making an enclosure for my corns, i want the dimensions to be length-2ft width-1ft height-1.5ft
I have a lot of OSB board that i got left over from a project
would this be good to use for the corns?
What should i use to waterproof the enclosure?
Would plexi glass or regular glass be better to use for the door?
i want the door to be a sliding door
should i use heat tape for this cage?where would i put it?
If anyone has pictures please post them
