Underweight BCI?

Hey everyone, I haven't used this site in a while, but it was so helpful when I first started getting into keeping boas! Someone on facebook notified me that my first boa, Althea, might be underweight and I wanted to get some of your opinions.

Althea is a 3 year old (born July 27, 2017) female BCI. She has never refused a meal and currently gets fed what my local exotic shop labels a "medium rat" every 21 days at the moment (reptile shop could have a smaller "medium" than most, but I'm not sure). She is by far my most gentle and easy-going snake thus far.

Let me know what you think! You can't see her ribs, but you can feel her spine, especially by her head and she doesn't have that "loaf" look. Also, if she is underweight, any recommendations on revising her feeding schedule would be helpful!
