I'm preparing to buy my first snake and I am here to gain knowledge and contacts. I have been experimenting with a bio-active set-up to eventually house my new baby crested gecko when he/she is big enough. I am considering either a corn snake or a milk snake. I will be attending the Repticon Expo in NJ in February with hopes of finding a healthy specimen, however, I've read some mixed reviews about one or more of the vendors. Regardless, I look forward to learning a lot here.
