Need help- Possible broken ribs

First post here, bear with me please!
Picked up a baby corn snake back in Nov, he's doing great. Feeding, drinking, pooping and shedding regularly, and he's active on his own and when i handle him.
Unfortunately i dropped the poor guy a few months back, from about 3-4ft up. He seemed unphased and i didn't notice any bruising or swelling anywhere else!
However in the past month ive noticed these indentations on his stomach/side. Local pet store told me to just feed him more, but after doing so they haven't gone away; the rest of him just gets thicker while these parts stay indented. I posted in a few places and someone suggested broken ribs, and to stop handling him for awhile to leave him be.
He DOESN'T have any breathing problems and other than not climbing his tree in his enclosure anymore, his demeanor hasn't seemed to have changed.
Does anyone have any other ideas what this could be?
There are NO reptile vets in my area, but if i really should ill drive a few hours to have him checked out. However i know they can't really do anything for broken ribs since snakes are basically just a whole bunch of ribs.

Thank you guys so much for your help! Praying for my baby Noodle
