85 is a little too low for a hotspot for most of those snakes. The hotspot should be around 90°F for most of them, in terms of warm side it's fine though. Brazilian rainbow boas do not do well in high temps, and the hotspot should never exceed 88°F. The warm side should never exceed 85°F
