Shedding Behavior?

Was doing a spot clean for my King and when I took out the sphagnum moss bowl to give it a warm rinse, to keep down any mold, and I got this nagging urge to check the bottom of the moss; well, lo and behold, there was my King as happy as could be at the bottom of that (it felt to me) cool moss. Her swimming pool, larger of the two water containers was also rather empty and "messed in."

Is she showing signs of going into shed based on that behavior? She always has water and I keep the humidity in the low to mid 40s. If she is going into shed, do I need to crank up the heat a notch or get the humidity over 50%? She has moist paper towels in her hot hide and I refresh those every other day.

I'm still kind of hands off and haven't been able to see her eyes or get a good look at her scales--she only comes out at night and then high tails it to cover when I enter the room.

Needless to say, I put the moss bowl back and left her alone. I'll just have to watch out for a full shed or prepare for the consequences if it's not.
