I went to an expo today, did not find any of the snake species i was looking for. It was 90% Cornsnakes and ballpythons, the other 10% were a few boa's 1 childrens python and 1 Yellow ratsnake. Did see alot of nice spiders, ended up taking one home. Meet my new spider, she's a Brachypelma Angustum. Not very small, not quite an adult yet either. She's a bit of a grump, but not aggressive. I'm very happy with her
And i bought some random stuff, spare thermostat some heat-mats etc. And of-course some spider-food. Noticed i accidentally got 2 different species, thought it was pretty cool to see
I keep my hoppers in a nice home, provide them with food and water. The spiders take a long time to actually eat all of them, and some gut loading cant hurt.. Also think it's sad to let them die of hunger/thirst.
