need some help plz

hi all had my ball python for 3 and a half weeks and the humidity is about 60% so i thought i give it a full viv clean and so she can have a run about the front room any way i took all her bedding (aspen) out us a reptile disinfectant on her viv and water bowel and left to dry for 30 min plus i wiped it with a clean cloth so with all bedding (aspen) out and dry i put new bedding (aspen) in with heat map and heat mat holder in on one side plus here hinds on each sides with her water bowel all good right wrong i go out with kids for about 2 hours come back i and i see the humidity is about 80% so what do i do know i know that is way to high for a ball python is it because the new bedding is maybe damp out of the packet but dont feel damp need advice really badly please was i meant to dry the aspen out first must add when i got her the person i got her from had cleaned her out a week before he said i know this is long but want to get it right and dont know why its so high thank you all for taking the time too read it
