What to do??

I have two yearling kingsnakes (185g and 168g) and a 6 month old bull snake (114g). I've always fed them mice. They usually eat 1 small mouse and 1 hopper per feeding. After looking at the feeders today I'm pretty sure they're ready for mediums. I've got about 3 month supply of frozen mice feeders left. They're a combination of hoppers, small, and medium mice. I also have about a months supply of rat fuzzys. I'm not sure if I want to (or should) transition the snakes to rats exclusively or if I should offer a varied diet. I have heard that snakes tend to grow bigger/faster on rats. My question is, should I exhaust my current mice supply before trying the rats, or can I try to mix it up a bit and maybe offer the rats every 2-3 feedings? I appreciate any input.
