Online Frozen Feeders - How long to Thaw?

Here is my question/dilemma: If you order from one of the online companies that sell frozen mice/pinkies, how long does it typically take for the package to thaw?

I don't presently have a snake, since my snake recently passed away, but am thinking of getting another one in the future. I found one of my real difficulties was securing decent frozen mice that were not horrible looking and were readily available. The local pet shop had them occasionally, but it was very unpredictable.

I never ordered online because I am not at home to accept the package and it would just sit on my patio, although not in the sun. Most of my neighbors work as well. I do not know if it would thaw out completely in five hours in the Florida winter (typically 70 to 80 degrees F during the day).

I don't really want to accept such a package at work. Also, it would only be one snake, so there wouldn't be too many mice in the package.

Your thoughts?
