Question about shedding.

Hey everyone, TITAN (male BCI) shed not too long ago, and the day after he shed, I noticed that on his right eye there was like a dent as if he hit his eye on a rock/hard surface. I checked his shed and everything was there including the "caps" from his eyes or whatever it's called. The size of the dent isn't that big, but I'de just like to know if it's something I should get worried about.

Has anyone experiece something like this during a shed?
