Humidity and Heat
I have been having a hard time keeping the humidity on my 55 gallon aquarium above 50%. I am using a 150W infrared heat bulb and a UTH for heating and I understand that the light will dry the cage out. Are there any sort of humidifiers out there that will work for more then a couple months and still keep the cage to a good level? I have two ball pythons in the tank, water dish is refilled daily, cage is misted 2-3 times a day. I have seen that I should cover 1/2-3/4 of the mesh top to keep the humidity locked in and I plan on doing that tomorrow to see if it helps but I thought I would try and get some ideas to help out my pythons.
