I had a bag of this tossed in with an enclosure I bought a year ago. Decided to toss it into my gopher snakes viv. She is an Applegate Albino so I wanted her on a dark substrate anyway. So I used mostly forest bed barely soaked enough to be damp and put aspen where her hides are so she can choose her humidity.
