I sold one of my male carpets to a neighbor a few months ago. He and his kids have been doing to corn snake thing and doing quite well. They wanted to step up to a medium sized constrictor. They've been doing a great job with it and it's put on some size. Tonight I get a call from them asking if I was home because the snake bit his son and wrapped completely around his arm.....the dad said he ad been trying to remove it for about 15 min. So I go over there and it was def latched on
I started to unwrap by the tail, and got it to let go fairly quickly. His son really ok it all in stride....tough kid. Afterward, the snake chilled out and he was returned to his cage. Pretty fun night...
