Prolapsed Cloaca

We have recently acquired Three white lipped tree frogs and we love them. We are learning as we go as well.... two of them have possible impaction from crickets and tank bedding or both. One has started to noticeably retain fluid in its thighs and is pushing a lot to expel poop and I have helped it a little with tweezers. The other has a Prolapsed Cloaca. We have immersed them both in sugar water with honey in warm water and they seem to be doing well. The one with the Prolapsed Cloaca has sucked it all the way back in, I did try lubed q tips but after a few careful tries I noticed a very small vessel hemorage and stopped trying to help. The bleeding was very brief and light. The they both have become more attentive probably due to the sugar boost. I am going to take them both off food for a week and then feed them earth worms instead of crickets and do it out of there enclosure from now on to avoid substrate and indejestable cricket carapaces.
