Quarantining

I was wondering if there's anything that could be spread through the air. I've always somewhat quarantines my animals but don't have all that much room to do so in this house. And the fact that I just got a Tokay gecko makes me a bit iffy about it. I have it's cage on the floor far from my other lizards but still in the same room. No matter what room I move it to however there will be a lizard or snake of some sort. I was wondering if it should be ok since the closest tank to it is 2 1/2 ft off the ground and the tank itself is 3 1/2 ft tall. The rest are high up on racks and entertainment centers.

I've got a parasite spray that I run on the inside and outside of tanks and whipe thoroughly like the directions say so should this be ok? If not I'll have to move the rats upstairs and put him down in the basement even though it might already be too late if he does have something...
