The thing is a lot of people do try to keep their animals small on purpose by feeding them just enough to keep them alive and by keeping them too cool. I once had a reptile show guy brag to me about his 4 yr old burm that was smaller than an adult Colombian. So when you ask these types of questions people are bound to get a little up tight. A boa is a boa and they get big. If you don't want it to get big then maybe you should get something else or a smaller boa like a Hog or central. If the end result is not too big for you then don't worry, feed it normally and it will grow normally and you won't have a 10 footer on your hands over night.
Cheers,
Trevor
