Now, my Ball Python rescue

Here is a pic of my rescue. It is not the nicest of stories but here goes....... I got "Pluto" from a young guy who hadn't been able to get him to eat after offering live food several times as evidenced by the wounds that he suffered from rodent bites. In addition to that (which is bad enough) ther was evidence of poor husbandry since the poor little guy had shed skin still stuck on him and he was really badly dehydrated. A friend of mine took him for a few days and treated him for dehydration and got the woulds cleaned up.
The happy ending is that Pluto is doing well. Feeding like a trooper (he never refuses) and is putting on weight. The wounds are closed but the scar tissue is extensive. I doubt that anyone will be able to make out the scarring but it is about three inches back from his head on the back.
