Question Housed together??

Now before I scare you, I know only 1 veiled chameleon per cage. That is the current plan that will be fulfilled this weekend from the Red Deer show. But my question I have not been able to locate an answer to, on Ssnakes or Google. Can you keep another non-chameleon species in the same cage? I am just pondering future developments for my cage and this is one of them. It is 2'l x 2'w x 4'h cage, screened on three sides. I am sure it would be pending on my cham's temperment, but has this been done successfully? What was the other species?

**Two more sleeps**
