my corn snake is lost

my corn snake is gone i looked all over all day im so sad he was the very first corn snake i ever got and i really loved him i put out a pinkey out for him to eat out in the middle of the floor for him to eat and a heat lamp so just in case he gets cold in the night he chould warm up i dont know where to look i look every where???he ran away be4 but i found him in a hour. i dont know how he gets out its always close and its a pretty heavy cage top.well if u have any tips please tell me i really want to find him
