Any of the common North American Rat Snakes; Black Rat, Grey Rat, Yellow Rat, Corn Snakes, (though they may be a little jumpy as hatchlings). Mexican Black Kingsnakes are easy keepers also. Captive bred Garters if you don't mind switching them to mice can make good pets as well. __________________ Lora
