water dragon question

hi everyone,
my friend is going to but a water dragon soon and she says she has a ten gal tank to put it in. i told her it was cheaper to just start off with one larger tank then keep upgradin them but she says that a 10 gal tank is enough. i don't know very much aboiut them but i;m sure any lizard no matter how small should be kept in something larger than a 10 gal tank by the time its all grown up. does anyone know an approprite sized cage for a full grown water dragon. thx alot

p.s oh ya is going to the reptile expo next sun?
