Help with PacMan he won't eat!

hi people,

i need help please. I have a male pacman frog that i hace had for almost 2 years now. For some reason he is not eating and i dont know why. I offer him worms a couple times a week but he has shown no interest in eating for like 3 weeks now. I am really getting worried. I do remember last year that I had a similar problem with him no eating but i dont remember it lasting this long!

Can anyone tell me if this is a problem or if it is normal for him not to eat like this.
