Does my 10 month old Colombian red tail boa have ibd

She is eating and drinking water. She can flip over and does but sometimes she is slower or doesn’t do it all the way. I thought that if they didn’t flip over immediately all the time that they had a problem. She hasn’t pooped since October but she also missed 2 weeks of meals, she also has some wrinkles but her humidity has been low because it super cold her and that fogger blows ice cold air and I have to get a thermostat for her Che so I am using the red light. Sometime she gets shakes while trying to get on my hand from her tail and misses sometimes. She has never gotten on her back to stargaze or ever really get on her back I believe. She hasn’t ever regurgitated either. One time she tried to slither from me quickly upside down but she fixed herself in less than 20 seconds. She had always looked up from a baby but that’s just a quirk I guess.
