Oxygen in aquariums

I have a question about aquarium used as enclosure. CO2 has more weight than oxygen, it means a tank will fill with CO2 at a floor. A tank is sealed so it leads a snake to have small amount of oxygen to breath.
Why ppl don't consider that fact of CO2 weight ?
