Question In search of help, I'm new to this

So as stated in the title I'm new on this forum and i have a question.

I recently delved into the world of snakes via the reptile expo that happened in daytona not to long ago. I bought the whole get up, a 18x24x24 ( i believe ) tank, substrate, a couple of plastic plants that suction cup to the side of the tank, a vine that goes pretty much right through the middle of the tank, and a dome hide, a large sized water dish, and last but not least a Cornsanke but more specificly a Arnery Hurricane Motley Cornsnake.

Fast forward to today ive been getting him on a pretty consistant feed schedule with fresh water every other day and in all honesty the day night cycle could be better but I'm a manager at dominos and I work the night shift and im not home to turn it off at a decent hour.

So with all of that i notice hos breathing is weird like hell breathe in and hold it for a while and let it out, i looked it up and it says its stress but I'm not sure where the stress would be coming from cause I keep up with his tank pretty well.

So i guess my question would be is there something even more to snakes comfort that im missing, im gonna try and find out how to post pictures on here so if you see them you know i found out lol, but if not ill include a tank picture and a more recent photo of him.

Im new to this so any critiques or helpful tips that yall can give me and domino (the snake) would greatly appreciate it
