Hi! Please help!

Hi! I'm a new corn snake owner. I'm concerned that she hasn't eaten in 2.5 weeks. Is this normal? Her temp is 65 on the cool side and 85 on warm. She is drinking, and I can't tell if she's about to shed (I've included pics). She is a class pet in our classroom and my students love her. Is it possible that she's stressed? Help!
