I think you are missing the point. Thermometers and hygrometers won't regulate, they simply measure. You are having to mist 2x day because of the cage and the use of a bulb. Think ahead to 6 or 12 months from now.. do you honestly see yourself misting that enclosure every. single. day. ? Twice daily?

For the best success, consider a different enclosure and heating/lighting system. Will your snake live? Yes... Is it the best situation? No.. You asked for help... This is help. (I am not intending to be snarky, I promise).

Any LED light strip from Lowes or Home Depot will be fine. You may have difficulty in affixing it to the top of your screen lid though.
