BP with digestive issues, any advice is welcome, plz

I got my BP from a local pet store. she was with a group of normals that were deeply discounted for quick sale I am assuming. After her first probably three feedings we noticed that she was noodling around her cage frantically. She hadn't acted that way in the three weeks we had her and that when we took her out in an attempt to calm her and noticed that her cloaca had prolapsed and was very dirty with substrate. I was beside myself I had no idea what to do we started googling things and we did our best. We kept her in a small moist tank overnight and took her to the vet the next day. He showed us how to fix the prolapse and sent us on our way. The next week it prolapsed again and we took her back to the vet and he put single stitches on either side of her vent. Fast forward probably about ehhhh two months? the stitches have come off with her shed and she is back to prolapsing with almost every bowel movement. I have to soak her to make the BMs easier, it seems like she waits for the bath to even pass one at all most times. Sometimes I can massage her belly and get the cloaca to the proper position and sometimes I have to help her a little more, but now she has feces right at the end and she does not seem to be able to push it out properly. I have been reading many things online but I do not want to just wait as I have read that if I wait to long and her belly become distended she could require surgery.
Is there any advice I could get from long time snake owners that might have encountered this before? Any home remedies that I could try before taking her to a vet would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for taking the time to read all this, I greatly appreciate it.
