Snake identification

I know this may be the wrong place for this post but nonetheless i am looking for assistance.SSpotted near parry sound Ontario Canada.

Eastern Garter (harmless). A common sight here.

Yep! Looks like a T.s.s. ( thamnophis sirtalis sirtalis). Eastern garter snake.

Eastern Garters (Thamnophis sirtalis sirtalis) vary greatly in appearance. Here are two separate Easterns I have found in two different counties in Ontario.

The range of checkered garters is no where near Ontario.
