Which is best for a green tree frog froglet and baby anole pinhead crickets or fruit flies? And what is there entailed in raising cultures of fruit flies or breeding/raising crickets?

I don't keep frogs so can't say which is better nutritionally for them.... However I do keep lizards that are insectivorous...this is just my opinion and I'm sure some frog keepers will comment soon.

Something to consider is whether you'd be worried about pinheads munching on your froglets if they get the chance to... I don't feed crickets to my baby geckos each year because of that risk and opt to use dubia roach nymphs instead.
I hope that helps
