Need help with heating cage

I built this enclosure from an open faced wall cabinet (that I got for free from an office building). It's melamine with plexiglass doors. The top "cage" will be for my crested gecko and I am thinking of putting my corn snake in the bottom "cage". There is no way that they can get to each other. Anyway my question is what would be the best thing to use to heat the bottom for the snake?

You could wire in a light fixture on the top too. Just make sure you put some type of guard around the bulb or CHE.

You could run heat tape across the back of the cage (outside).

I'd go with heat tape/UTH or possibly heat rope

Thanks for the ideas. Anyone ever use radiant heat panels and if you have would you put it on the inside or outside of the enclosure?
