Meet Emma!
One of the snakes I got the other who came froum a rough situation. Naming her Emma because the original post I made anout the pick up was Oh....Emm...Gee....and she is the 'Emm' thus...Emma!
Was told she was female. Don't have a weight on ger. No idea on age either.
She's being quartined and treated for mites as well. She was in mych better condition than the BP I got though. She didn't have stuck shed, but her skin was pretty dry and rough. So she is in a eco earth mix with some mite powder mixed in. So far, she's LOVEING it staying burrowed and burried and just peeking out to watch everything.
Haven't tried to feed her yet, but going to try tonight perhaps just to see if she will. Couldn't get a weight on her yesterday because she was VERY squirmy!

And my mom doesn't suspect a thing yet! Lol.
I like the hoggies though. Such fun personalities!

Re: Meet Emma!
=D
I have barely gad them 24 hrs but tonight was feeding night anyway, so I figured I'd try. She took down a medium mouse like a pro! At first I thought it was too big for her, but I just let her be, and she worked her way through it. =)
Note, I took her out of the enclosure because her substrate has mite powder in it, and while it is 100% animal safe, I didn't like the idea of her ingesting dirt and pesticide.

Re: Meet Emma!
Think 1 mouse that size once a week is ok?
