ID help please

Hello, first post here. Found this guy earlier today and nobody has any clue what it is. The only answer I can get is that snake does not belong where you live.

Any info would be great. Please note the red head with circles on the other side of the shovel.

The thing to do to get rid of them, if you don't like them or are afraid ,is to sweep them into a plastic garbage can and relocate them away from your property. Not use a shovel to kill them. Use a broom to sweep them into a safe container and put a lid on the container. Tape the lid and remove the animal but please don't kill them. Thanks.

Definitely a subspecies of Naja toyii. Probably N toyii plastica or N toyii rubberi. They are found throughout much of the world and come in a variety of morphs. Non-venomous and totally harmless. Breeders usually sell them at dollar stores or Toys R Us.
