Re: Please help!!! Im in desperate need!

I FOUND HIM!!!!!!!!!!! I ACTUALLY FOUND HIM! Thank You SOOOO MUCH everyone for all your love and support to help me through that tough time! I am NEVER letting Izzy out of my sight! I found him next to the fridge in the cabinet on the bottom shelf curled up in the back! I even looked in there but it was dark the first night. When I finally checked there again there he was! I am soo grateful for everyone help and support! I could not have gotten through this and everyone reminding me to stay calm was my biggest help as silly as that sounds. Thank you Thank You THANK YOU!

P.S. The cabinet that he was in was across from his CAGE!

elkied243: I could only imagine! Thank God you found him! I personally got a bigger snake for that very reason! If he's pretty small i'd be scared I would accidentally hurt him or loose him for good!

JSmith: 18 months for a Boa? HOLY CRAP! You would think because he is bigger than a Ball he would be easier to find. I guess that just goes to show no matter how big, or how small your slithering baby is, they can still end up lost.

This just gives me more of a reason to baby him like a toddler.
I fed him a big 'ol mousey and he stayed in his bath for several hours. I can tell he got a lot bigger sitting in that dark cabinet in just those 5 days.

Here is a picture of my Izzy when he was found. Just happened to lay like this when he finally got out of his bath. (:

Congrats my man! I know you are so happy. A lot of us have gone through similar emergencies. Now you have been through the experience and have newfound knowledge about finding lost reptiles. Congrats again.

There is hope! My corn snake went missing for 2 weeks when I was a kid. Found him in my closet.

Re: Please help!!! Im in desperate need!

I had a gophersnake go missing for so long that when I found him I forgot I even lost him. It was like a month in a half. My brother flipped the recliner back it was on the foot area. It scared my brother he flipped backwards screamed like a girl but other than that my snake was pretty much ok.
