How do I attach a profile picture?

I know how to upload to threads but cant seem to get a profile pic to load. Ive tried several times but dosent seem to be working

I remember there is a limitation about the size of the picture, it has to be tiny. If that's the problem you can edit your picture in paintbrush in Windows
