People seem to be getting in all kinds of a fuss over this satirical video made by The Onion. I personally think that you're really stupid if you think it's serious. Several heavy hints dropped that hint it's not serious... but some people, yanno? lol. Just wait for some reptile nay-sayer to use this as 'evidence' to prove their case.

I find the video to be in disgustingly poor taste, considering that there have been a couple of children killed in the recent past by the family's pet snake. There are lines that should never be crossed and a child's death is one of them. All this video is going to do is motivate people to fight against the rights of herp keepers.
There was that tragic incident last year in Canada with the two boys and then this one in Florida

I could be wrong but I swear I saw this video BEFORE the incident in Canada. Hopefully people realize they are mocking idiots, but I also agree it's a bad target for humor.

The video was released in 2010 less than a year after the 2 year old in Florida was killed.
