Radiant heat panels are awesome for ambient temps. You can also try further insulating the enclosure by wrapping it with a blanket, I used to wrap my racks until I started heating my snake room. Obliviously be careful the blanket doesn't touch the light or any other fire hazard.

Re: heating problem??

Thanks fwk I'll give it a shot...I'm getting a radiant heat panel soon but I need something in the mean time...my last enclosure stayed at 88 with the same setup but it was half the size...she seems OK she's not staying on the hot side so I'll try the blanket and see if that will get me closer to the 80s

I agree with the radiant heat panel, a uth will only heat the belly so to get temps up try going with a higher wattage bulb for right now
