Wiring a Thermostat for dummies?

I'm the first to admit that I am not the fastest lady when it comes to handymaning. Are any of the low-end ones plug and go?

Yes, most reptile specific thermostats are "plug n go"...

Yes, just plug your thermostat's power cord into wall outlet/power strip and then you plug your heat source(heat mat,heat tape,heat lamp,radiant heat panel,etc) into thermostat and place thermostats temperature probe in your desired location. Below is a very good inexpensive thermostat.
