Re: Quality of mice/rats
I have a friend that breeds Ball pythons and he also breeds mice and rats for his snakes and sells those as well, I've never bought any from him since my snakes usually have no feeding issues with petstore f/t mice and rat pups but my Cali king is a picky eater so maybe if I start buying food from my friend my king snake won't be so picky about eating. Thanks for sharing because I would have never thought there was a difference between the two.

Re: Quality of mice/rats
theres plenty people who get bulk orders delivered to their homes,i'm sure someone on here will be able to reccomend a good frozen supplier, that covers your area mate
here in the UK from a reptile shop, a medium rat cost anything from £2 to £3 ($3 to $4.5).....
i get mine delivered in bulk for £1 each ($1.5)
i have found that the prey quality is better from the bulk supplier, than the prey from local reptiles shops/stores in my area
and the prices speak for themselves
cheers shaun
