cali king snake won't eat

it is about a year old was eating good the it just quit a month ago his tank is 70 to 75 with a heat lamp it won't even mess with a live mouse

I Keep my hot side 85 to 90 for my kings.

Welcome to the forum, You may need to up the wattage if your only getting 75 on the hot. Also you could try a rat pup and see if that helps.. Ive known people that tried scenting with lizards even before they got results.. Good luck and keep us posted.
