Re: Oh siblings- feeding question
I just realized that Captain America was the only one who gave her any advice. I hope the snake comes out of this ok. Good luck.

Probably because he was the first one to comment and there isn't really much you can do but heat him up and pray.

Re: Oh siblings- feeding question
What kind of advice are we supposed to give? Damage is done. If it ate it, it will either regurge it and maybe die, keep it down and maybe die or it could spit it out
I'm really not sure what we can tell them...

Re: Oh siblings- feeding question
I'm not calling anyone out here, I didn't offer anything useful either. In hindsight, maybe soak it in warm water. I don't know what, if anything, could have helped. I'd like to know if the snakes ok.

Re: Oh siblings- feeding question
I have kept snakes for the majority of my life. I'm not saying I am any kind of expert but if I had to guess on a outcome I would say he will regurgitate the meal before letting it kill him. The fact that a snake will swallow a frozen mouse doesn't surprise me I've had Hondurans start to swallow themselves.

Re: Oh siblings- feeding question
Sorry for not updating you guys right away. I was able to come home for Thanksgiving and see the snake for myself. He doesn't look or act any differently so I think he's going to be ok. I'll have to make sure to show my sister how to properly feed the snakes so this doesn't happen again.
Thank you for the help! I can post more updates if you'd like later.

Great to here.
You may want to have a look around the cage and see if he regurgitated anywhere.
I tent think that the mouse may not have been as frozen as your sister let on.
Again, great to hear everything looks good.
