Hurrah for Pixie and the b/f!!! Wish i had as good luck with my husband, but since the divorce there's way more room for snakes and lizards and mice and insects.

You are so lucky Pixie. I get the same thing at home but from my husband of nearly 9 years, and we have been together for nearly 16 (believe it or not I'm not quite 30) lol, early solemates. I love him dearly but he can get on my nerves when it comes to my herps sometimes! But I have to say he has been getting much better since we moved into the house and have more room. Mind you he only gave me my own herp room so that he didn't have to see them, but I don't care, as long as I got it. lol.

He also isn't as down on it now that he has seen I can pay for some of my supplies with the money from the offspring. But I still hear about how much hydro I'm using. lol.

Thanks for all the responses, things are getting much better around here. It's just so hard being torn between 2 things that you love.

I didn't realize how many of you had the same problem and some even worse than me! I don't know how you do it!!!

My bf was really starting to lose it on the quantity of animals that I have and the fact that we do live in an apartment. 2 dogs and terrariums all over the apartment, then mice cages and mealworms... I can understand why he was getting tired of it a bit, our living room is overtaken with tanks! So I went and got some shelving units and cleared things up a little and now we're talking about purchasing a property soon and HERP room !!!

Good luck to those who are still fighting the battle!

Pixie
