Woma time!
Don't think I've posted any of this guy on this forum yet. Here are some old pictures of my 2012 male Woma Python. My girlfriend has the female version of him, so hoping to produce a few little Woma babies in a couple years.
Such an underrated snake IMO.
Here he is! His name is Salem!

Re: Woma time!
Very nice. I love my pair.... even if my female thinks my hand is edible. How do you find handling them to be?

Re: Woma time!
Awesome looking snake. They don't look like pythons.

Re: Woma time!
Strange you say that about your female, dude.
This guy handles perfectly! Probably my calmest snake aside from my Green Anaconda (I know... I know). But my girlfriends female Woma is an absolute psycho!! She doesn't just strike. She'll strike and start chewing on you. A couple guys I have spoken to have stated the same thing, that females are nastier than males.

Pretty much every person I have ever talked to has said the same thing. My girl bites til she gets some purchase then she chews.
I hooked her out and was holding her when this happened. She started turning around on herself when she noticed my hand. She struck the back of my hand three or four times before her teeth caught. She then constricted my hand hard enough to turn it slightly blue. This is normal behavior too..

Re: Woma time!
That's crazy. Amazing how it's always the females too.
She's gorgeous though, dude! Nice and faded. My little guy is starting to fade a lot now as well, I love it!

The male is the same color. I wish the heads were darker.

Re: Woma time!
I used to have a male that was psycho... it was impossible to handle that darn thing without getting a feeding bite. It would bite ANYTHING that strayed towards its mouth including snake hooks, the sleeve from my jacket (to protect my arms), its own tail; there was absolutely never a time when it wasn't in full throttle feeding mode.
But fun snakes to observe in their cage, probably some of the most active snakes.
