Is this paint safe to use inside of a reptile cage?

Its called BEHR Premium Plus Ultra 1-gal. Medium Base Flat Exterior Paint Low Voc

As long as you allow it to ventilate and dry thoroughly before introducing the animal it should be fine. If you stick your head in the cage and it still smells like paint, it's not ready.
